Many times individuals get sidetracked in their career by illness, financial situations, changes in organizational leadership or a myriad of issues. Some employees never get back on track in pursuit of their goals. Others, find a way to continue their career pursuit while navigating their challenges. 'Undeterred' is the account of female champions in the workplace who refused to allow 'life' to sidetrack their pursuit of career goals. Their experiences are vastly unique.
