This is a story about Detective John Sky. He's an ex-Marine who lost his leg in Iraq. He uses to track down terrorists. Now he's back on the reservation in North Dakota tracking down a murderer. He has to learn how to adjust his life to the changes caused by his injury and being back on the reservation. His partner, in this case, is U. S. Marshal Gina Geletti and a German Shepard, who is also an ex-Marine. Gina's from the Fargo ND office, but she's originally from Brooklyn NY. Unfortunately, two young hardworking college-age women are murdered. The reservation is a big place. It has many rules that can tie up an investigation, but John and Gina are going to find out who did this horrible crime. The women were full of hopes and dreams that unfortunately came to an end too soon. To be honest, this is a story about missing Moon.
