Solbia was saved at a price, but the journey for the crew of the Serendipity has just begun. In light of recent discoveries and the dumbfounding reality that Trilumina has a plan for their ragtag crew, they have stepped off the surface of Solbia into the expansive galaxy of Ephesia. It takes them a very short while to realize it is a galaxy in crisis, which has been polarized by a conflict as old as the universe itself. Where the Armada hasn't mercilessly conquered, the authority and military might of the Purge dominates over any semi-free realms with blazing zeal. On Solbia, people had remained practically untouched by the ancient conflict, but now CJ and her crew are realizing the harsh realities of life on a ship in a place where the peace they once knew is a dream as distant as the stars.
