Diet & Exercise Log uses a simple two page per day layout that allows you to view your food intake on one page and your exercise on the corresponding page. The Diet page consists of Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snacks with columns for: calories, carbohydrates, protein, fiber, and fat; along with daily totals and water intake. The Exercise page consists of two tables: one for Cardio another for Strength Training. Cardio has space for four different exercises with columns for time, distance, level, intensity, and calories burned. Strength training has space for eight different exercises with three sets of weight/rep increments.
