A Trinitarian Primer Neil Ormerod

Belief in a triune God is central to Christian faith but on the periphery of most people's understanding of it. Indeed, it is greatly misunderstood by many. Briefly and clearly, Neil Ormerod explains what the Christian tradition understands when it speaks of a triune God. He presents and develops his material in three parts: where our belief in the Trinity comes from (Scripture), what we believe about the Trinity (creed), and how best to understand what we believe (analogy). Dr. Neil Ormerod is professor of theology at Australian Catholic University. He is widely published in Australia and internationally. He has particular interests in the theology of the Trinity and ecclesiology. Much of his work is inspired by Catholic theologian Bernard Lonergan. He is married and has four children and two grandchildren.
